Damaged or broken?
Yes, it can happen. You may receive a damaged or broken package. It should never happen but chances are always there. We have never had any delivery problem in the past but if you need to be very sure that you are covered in case of a damaged or broken package then you must know that we do not cover for damaged or broken items at all; we deliver all items in good faith and perfect condition to the carriers; however, you can buy a carrier’s insurance that will cover any possible accident during transportation, carrying and delivery.
Carrier’s Insurance costs are usually inexpensive, but they are not included in the final price of your purchase unless you expressly request for it via email or via phone call prior to placing an order. Appropiate charges will be added to your account.
